Third Time Lucky for Cartridge World Award?

Cartridge World are finalists in this year's Franchise Marketing Awards. They've been nominated in the 'Best overall marketing campaign' category. It's the third year in succession that Cartridge World has received nominations for these prestigious awards.

The awards are for Cartridge World's 'Character' campaign. Using the franchisees expertise in printing as a basis for the character he has featured on in store posters, flyers to promote  the  'money back guarantee', press ads to highlight cost savings, emails with news of special offers and an animated TV commercial asking viewers: “Why pay more to print?”. The campaign's strong branding and clear messages obviously attracted the judges' attention.

And that's pleased Cartridge World's Marketing and Communications Manager, Lucie Ward, who was clearly delighted with the news. “To be nominated once is pleasing. To be a finalist three years in a row is excellent,” says Lucie. “It's great news for us and for our franchisees, whose businesses benefit from marketing that clearly works. We never forget that our franchisees are key to the success of the business so what better way to recognise this than to feature them in our marketing campaigns, it’s certainly working!”

The winners will be announced in May.
