Franchisee Training
We offer an extensive training programme to all of our franchisees and believe our established support network is integral to the success of Cartridge World’s award-winning franchise programme.
Our training programme consists of:
- Three weeks at our Franchise Support Centre in Harrogate, where our knowledgeable and experienced training staff will ensure you are fully-trained in all Cartridge World procedures and our proven business model.
- One week working alongside one of our top franchisees to gain hands-on experience.
- Two weeks with our highly skilled store opening team, who will support you with every aspect of your store opening. The team will spend two weeks with you in your new store so you can receive invaluable one-to-one support, mentoring and guidance in your first few days of opening.
- We also offer optional franchisee staff training.
After this, you will be assigned a Franchise Manager who will be on hand to offer direct business support through your first 12 months of trading and beyond.
As well as our initial intensive training, Cartridge World offers ongoing training and support through:
- Regional meetings
- Online technical forums
- Monthly in-house magazines
- Annual conferences
- Technical and Customer Service helplines
Franchise Marketing
Cartridge World will help drive more customers to your store by implementing an integrated marketing strategy using a variety of methods including national television, radio, a website with store finder and online advertising.
You will also gain access to our Marketing Resource Centre, where you will be able to create and order marketing materials to help promote your store locally.
