Look out for ‘overs’ (a charge for exceeding monthly printing limits), ‘unders’ (what happens if you don’t use up your monthly allowance), contract ‘lock-ins’. And make sure you note the renewal date well in advance as some contracts automatically renew next day.
  • The service: It’s not just about cost. After sales’ service matters too. How quickly do they respond to printer breakdown callouts? A local supplier can be with you much quicker whenever you have a breakdown
