If you’ve received a faulty item, an incorrect item, or have ordered the wrong cartridges for your machine, just follow the steps below to create a return.
Once we’ve received your returns request, a member of our returns team will respond with your RMA number and a link to follow where you can create a freepost shipping label. Affix this shipping label to the box you’re returning and take it to the post office, or pop it in a letterbox.
