Need to return something to us?

 

If you’ve received a faulty item, an incorrect item, or have ordered the wrong cartridges for your machine, just follow the steps below to create a return.

 

Returns Policy

 

Cartridge World stand by the quality of our products and in the unlikely event that your product does prove to be faulty we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or you may return the faulty product to us free of charge and receive a full refund.

 

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ORDER THE CORRECT PRODUCT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

 

Returns Process for Faulty Products

 

If you believe your product is faulty please follow these instructions:-

  • Log in to your account at www.cartridgeworld.co.uk
  • Click your name at the top of the screen and select ‘My Orders’
  • Find the order that contains the item you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ link next to it  
  • Fill in the form and click ‘Submit’

Our team will establish that the product is indeed faulty and once confirmed we will issue an RMA number and provide a link enabling you to print off a freepost label so that the product may be returned free of charge. Once the product is received by us we will check that it is indeed faulty and upon confirmation a refund will be issued.

 

If the product is not received, or it is found that the product is not faulty then no refund will be issued and we will return the product to you should you request us to.

 

Product Ordered in Error

 

If you would like to return a product to us which you have ordered in error you may do so. In this case, you will need to pay for the item to be returned. Items ordered in error will only be refunded if no seals are broken and the cartridge is in unused condition.

Cartridge World Warranty

 

All Cartridge World brand products feature a 12 month warranty and should the product develop a fault within 12 months from the date of purchase we will offer a refund or replacement. In the unlikely event of this, please complete the steps outlined for the return of faulty products.
