HP Firmware Update Notice for M282 Series

We have recently learnt that HP has released another firmware update, through its official website which may affect the HP M282 Series Cartridges.

This firmware update may result in the printer showing an error message similar to the message shown below, when using NON-OEM product:

For now, we advise that our customers switch off automatic firmware updates, whcih can be done from the printers settings. Watch the video below for more guidance:
