Need to return something?

If you’ve received a faulty item, an incorrect item, or have ordered the wrong cartridges for your printer please get in touch by calling 01423 701 704 (9am - 5pm) or via email on customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk

and we will deal with the matter promptly and assist with any issues.

Returns Policy

Cartridge World stand by the quality of our products and that is why we offer a 2 year warranty on all of our own brand printer cartridges. In the unlikely event that your product does prove to be faulty you can choose either a replacement at no additional cost or you may return the faulty product to us free of charge and receive a full refund.

Return Unopened Cartridges

If you have had to replace your printer, contact us to let us know of any unopened cartridges you wish to return up to 3 months from your purchase date. Once returned we can refund in full if returned within 30 days or apply a store credit to put towards future purchases if returned after the 30 day period.

Returns Process for Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty and wish to return please follow these instructions:-

 

• Log in to your account at www.cartridgeworld.co.uk (if you purchased as a Guest please contact the team for help with your return)
• Click your name at the top of the screen and select ‘Orders’
• Find the order that contains the item you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ link next to it  
• Fill in the form and click ‘Submit’

•The Customer Service team will ask you to email a photo of the faulty product including the batch number from the cartridge


Our team will establish that the product is indeed faulty and once confirmed we will issue an RMA number and either provide a link enabling you to print off a freepost label or request the label to be emailed to you by Royal Mail so that the product may be returned free of charge.
 
The below image is an example of the email you will receive from Royal Mail. You can print the label at home or using your mobile device show the QR code at the Post Office and they will print the label on your behalf.

 

Please check you spam or junk folder of your email client if you do not see the Royal Mail email in your Inbox.

Once the product is received by us we will check that it is indeed faulty and upon confirmation a refund will be processed within 5 days from the date the returned product(s) are received.

 

If you made your purchase as a Guest please contact customerservice@cartridgeworld.co.uk or contact us by telephone on 01423 701704 to arrange your return. 

If the product is not received, or it is found that the product is not faulty then no refund will be issued and we will return the product to you should you request us to.

 

Please note that in some circumstances we will send a replacement cartridge but will not collect or require the return of the faulty cartridge and we kindly ask you to recycle the cartridge correctly if this is the case.

Product Ordered in Error / Order Cancellation

If you would like to return a product to us which you have ordered in error or you simply wish to cancel your order you may do so. In this case, you you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

You must also ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage during return shipping. Items ordered in error will only be refunded if no seals are broken and the cartridge is in an unused condition.

Please follow the above procedures to arrange the return in order to receive a valid RMA number. Once you have your RMA number please send the cartridges to:

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU REFERENCE YOUR RMA NUMBER AND ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURNED PACKAGE.

Failure to reference your RMA number and order number may result in a delay in processing your return and refund or store credit.

 

Cartridge World Warranty

 

All Cartridge World brand products feature a 2 year warranty* and should the product develop a fault within 2 years* from the date of purchase we will offer a refund or replacement. In the unlikely event of this, please contact our Customer Service team by email with your order number, images of the fault / printer error code and a picture of the cartridge batch code.
