How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £10. For orders less than £10 the postage cost is £2.50.

The majority of orders are dispatched the same day if your order is placed before 4pm and delivered within 48 hours (excluding orders placed over the weekend). 98% of orders arrive within 2* working days of being placed.

 

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification via email. If you do not see an email in your Inbox please check your spam or junk folder in your email client, especially if this is the first time you have purchased from Cartridge World.

 

Standard Delivery - £2.50 (Free when you spend over £10)

Most deliveries are arriving between 1-2 days after dispatch. 

 

Upgrade to Tracked Next Day Delivery (DPD/FedEx)

Upgrade to a DPD Tracked Next Working Day Delivery for only £3.99. This upgrade is available on most orders and will be offered during checkout if applicable.

If you choose to upgrade your delivery method on a normal business day your order will be dispatched the same day if you place your order before 4pm.

 

Postcode Exceptions

Please be advised that deliveries may take 3 to 4 days longer to arrive to the following postcode regions:

IV, BT, TR, AB, DD, KW, ZE, GY, JE, PA, HS, PH, KA, IM, PO30-PO41.

 

Who do you ship with?

We have several options to help us get your order to you quickly and safely. Our warehouse team will always pick the most appropriate to ensure fast delivery.

The majority of orders are split between Royal Mail 1st Class, DPD and FedEx. Larger orders including toner cartridges may be shipped using DPD or FedEx.

Royal Mail 1st Class Post

Royal Mail will normally deliver in 1-3 working days.

Although delays are rare they do occur within the postal system. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive before reporting a late delivery, especially during peak periods around Christmas and Bank Holidays. Royal Mail insist on allowing 15 days to pass before a package is declared 'lost' but we understand this is too long for you to wait.

If you do not receive your goods within 5 days and you have not been notified of any delay by our customer service team please check for a Missed Delivery card, check with neighbours and check with your local sorting office. Over 40% of lost or delayed parcels are simply waiting to be collected at the local depot.

DPD Couriers

DPD is a tracked service and we use this method for higher value OEM orders and larger orders of toner cartridges. 

In your shipping email you will receive either a consignment number or parcel number. Both can be used to track your delivery, examples below:

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are processed during our working hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Any orders placed outside of our working hours will be processed on the next working day.

Orders that are placed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or on Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.

 

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Bank Holidays.

My order hasn't arrived. What now?

Once we ship your order it leaves our warehouse and is passed to the selected delivery company. On odd occasions shipments do unfortunately get delayed or lost.

We understand this can be very annoying especially if you are in desparate need of your printer cartridges.

If you have checked all of the available tracking and there is no information to suggest a delivery date then please give us a call on 01423 701704, catch us on LIVE chat (bottom of any page) between 9am and 5pm or email our Customer Service Team and we will do all we can to get your cartridges to you quickly.
