12. Your Right to Cancel
12.1 If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
12.2 The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person identified by you to receive the goods, receives the Products.
12.3 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may do this by email, telephone, or through the relevant section of your online account where available.

12.5 You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the Products unless:
- the goods are faulty
- the goods are not as described

12.10 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless we agree otherwise.
12.11 This clause does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
13. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods
13.1 We are under a legal duty to supply Products that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
13.2 If the Products you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
13.3 If a Product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
13.4 If you are a consumer and the Product is faulty, you may have a short-term right to reject it for a refund if you notify us within 30 days of delivery.
13.5 Where appropriate, we may ask you for photographs, further information, or return of the Product so that we can investigate the issue.
13.6 If we ask you to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect Product, we will explain the returns process and will not charge you return postage where you are legally entitled to a remedy.
14. Ink and Toner Troubleshooting
14.1 Some print quality issues may be caused by printer settings, printer components, installation issues, or maintenance requirements rather than a defective cartridge.
14.2 If you experience a problem with an ink or toner cartridge, we may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before authorising a return or replacement.
14.3 This clause does not affect your statutory rights if a Product is faulty.
15. Incorrect Products and Compatibility Issues
15.1 If you believe you have received the wrong Product, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, before opening or using it.
15.2 In some cases, packaging may not list every compatible printer model. Compatibility should be checked by reference to the cartridge model number and the compatibility information shown on the Website.

16.3 If your Order has not arrived, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask you to check with household members, neighbours, safe places, or the delivery company first.
16.4 Any reporting times referred to on our Website or in our communications are intended to help us investigate with the delivery provider promptly and do not affect your statutory rights.
17. Returns Procedure
17.1 Where a return is required, we may issue you with a returns authorisation number or provide returns instructions.
17.2 Products should be returned in suitable packaging to avoid damage in transit.
17.3 We reserve the right to refuse a refund where a return falls outside your statutory or contractual rights, but this does not affect any remedy you are entitled to by law.
18. Promotions, Discounts, and Offers
18.1 Any promotion, discount code, voucher, or special offer is subject to its own terms and may be withdrawn or amended at any time unless already applied to an accepted Order.
18.2 Promotions cannot usually be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
18.3 We reserve the right to reject the use of any promotion where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently or contrary to its terms.
19. Liability
19.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- breach of your statutory rights
19.2 If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable.
19.3 We supply the Products for domestic and private use unless we expressly agree otherwise. If you use the Products for any commercial, business, or resale purpose, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, except where the law does not allow us to exclude such liability.
19.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
20. Events Outside Our Control
20.1 We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where that delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.
20.2 Such events may include severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, supply chain disruption, epidemic, pandemic, power failure, or telecommunications failure.
20.3 Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
21. Complaints
21.1 If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Service team using the details set out above.
21.2 We will try to resolve complaints promptly, fairly, and efficiently.
22. Alternative Dispute Resolution
22.1 We are not obliged to participate in an alternative dispute resolution scheme unless required by law.
22.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may wish to seek advice from Citizens Advice or another appropriate consumer advice service.
23. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
23.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
23.2 Any changes will apply only to Orders placed after the updated version has been published on the Website.
23.3 The Terms and Conditions that apply to your Order will be those in force at the time you place it.
24. Severability
24.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
25.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
25.2 If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your part of the UK.
