Delivery options and costs

Delivery options can vary depending on the size, value and contents of your order. The available options will be shown at checkout.

Most deliveries arrive between 1–3 days after dispatch.

Tracked Next Working Day Upgrade Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx where available.

Larger or higher value orders Often sent by courier for safer tracked delivery.

Larger toner orders and higher value OEM orders may be sent by DPD or FedEx.

Good to know: The majority of orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 4pm on a normal business day. Orders placed outside working hours, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next available working day.

Who delivers my order?

We use trusted tracked delivery services and select the most suitable carrier based on your order.

Royal Mail

Tracked postal delivery

Many smaller orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. Royal Mail delivery times can vary during busy periods.

DPD

Courier tracking

DPD is often used for larger orders, higher value OEM orders and selected toner cartridge orders.

FedEx

Courier delivery

FedEx may be used where it is the most suitable service for the size, value or destination of the order.

Split deliveries: To get orders moving quickly, we may dispatch items from more than one warehouse. This means multi-item orders can sometimes arrive separately or with different carriers.

Dispatch schedule

Orders are processed during our working hours of 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Normal business days

If you place your order before 4pm on a normal business day, the majority of orders are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm are processed on the next working day.

Weekends and bank holidays

Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays are processed and dispatched on the next available working day. We do not dispatch orders on bank holidays.

Delivery postcode exceptions

Some postcode regions can take longer due to distance, ferry routes, island locations or carrier restrictions.

Please allow extra delivery time if your order is going to one of the following postcode areas:

Tip: Tracking may take a little while to update after dispatch. Please check your shipping confirmation email for the carrier link and tracking reference.

My order has not arrived — what should I do?

Delays are frustrating, especially when you need printer cartridges urgently. Please try the checks below first, then contact us if you still need help.

Use the Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx tracking link in your dispatch email.

Check for a missed delivery card, with neighbours, safe places and your local delivery office.

Royal Mail delays: If your order was sent by Royal Mail, please allow up to 5 working days before reporting it as late, especially during peak periods, Christmas and bank holidays.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you should receive a dispatch notification by email. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Can orders arrive separately?

Yes. Some orders may be sent from more than one warehouse or by more than one carrier, so items can arrive separately.

Why was my order sent by courier?

Larger orders, toner cartridge orders and higher value OEM orders may be sent by DPD or FedEx for safer tracked delivery.

Do you dispatch on bank holidays?

No. Orders placed on bank holidays are processed and dispatched on the next available working day.
