How to earn CW Stars reward points
We are grateful to all of our customers and CW Stars is our way of giving back to you. To express our gratitude, all logged in customers can earn reward points which provide discounts on future purchases.
It's easy to collect reward points - simply shop with us on the Cartridge World online store! Earn 5 points for every £1 that you spend on our website. Please ensure you have created an account and are logged in when placing your order to earn and spend CW Stars! - Create an Account or Login.
You can also write a review about a product. Each rated review earns you 10 reward points.
Look out for CW Star nudges reminding you of your points balance and points expiry date (don't worry, you get 365 days to use them) and keep a close eye on your emails for those special Double Stars events to earn even more rewards!
Refer a friend
If you are happy with the service and printer cartridges received from Cartridge World, we would be incredibly grateful if you recommended friends and family to Cartridge World and by way of thanks, you could refer a friend and earn a £5 voucher to spend for yourself and a £5 voucher for your friend to spend.
To do this you need to send your friend a special referral link that is unique to you and is found within your rewards panel (see below). When your friend places an order for £25 or more, you receive your £5 reward. Please note that your friend cannot be an existing Cartridge World store customer and the minimum spend for refer a friend voucher is £25.
How to manage and spend your CW Stars
You can find your points balance, redeem points for store credit, or get your referral link to recommend a friend by clicking on the CW Stars rewards icon on the bottom right of your screen - please note that you must be logged into your account to see this.
To redeem points, click on rewards and redeem. You can then use the slider scale to choose how many CW Stars you would like to use. You can redeem CW Stars in blocks of 100 and every 100 CW Stars gives you £1 discount.
Once you have chosen how many points to use on the slider, click on Redeem, and this will give you a discount code to use at the checkout.
Please note that it is not possible to combine a points redemption code with any other promotional offer code.
You must also redeem your points for store credit before starting the checkout process.
CW Stars Rewards Terms and Conditions
You must be logged in to collect and spend CW Stars reward points.
Your order must be greater than the redemption value of your CW Stars reward points.
Review guidelines: To ensure that your product review meets our criteria all fields must be completed and a couple of lines about the product itself must be included. We can’t accept duplicate reviews. No more than 2 reviews per person per day can be credited with reward points. Once you have submitted your comments, we will assess the review and reward points to your account.
Referring a Friend: To earn the £5 voucher, friends must click on and shop through the special referral link you send them, otherwise we cannot track their order back to you. Friends cannot be existing Cartridgeworld.co.uk store customers.
Eligibility: Jubilee Consumables Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the CW Stars Rewards Programme, without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of acceptable usage of our CW Stars Rewards Programme. We also reserve the right to revoke reward points if we feel the participant has tried to abuse the CW Stars Rewards Programme in any way. The CW Stars Rewards Programme may be subject to modification without notice.
Points can only be earned and redeemed on the Cartridge World website. Purchases of Cartridge World products from any our retail partners do not qualify.
