CW Stars is our way of giving something back to loyal online customers. Make sure you are logged in before placing your order so your points can be added to your account.
Create or log in to your account
You need a Cartridge World online account to collect, view and redeem CW Stars. Log in before placing your order so your points are recorded.
Shop online as normal
Earn 3 CW Stars for every £1 you spend on the Cartridge World website. Points are collected automatically when you shop while logged in.
Redeem Stars for money off
Use your rewards panel to redeem Stars for a voucher code before checkout. Every 100 CW Stars gives you £1 off your basket.

Earn when you buy
Earn 3 CW Stars for every £1 spent online when you are logged in to your account.

Earn for reviews
Approved rated product reviews can earn 10 CW Stars. Reviews help other customers choose the right ink or toner.
- Complete all review fields.
- Include a couple of useful lines about the product.
- Duplicate reviews cannot be accepted.
Share Cartridge World
Send your unique referral link to a friend. When they place a qualifying order, you can receive a £5 voucher.
- Your friend also receives a £5 voucher.
- The friend must be a new Cartridge World customer.
- The qualifying order must be £25 or more.
How to redeem CW Stars
You can view your balance, redeem Stars for store credit, or find your referral link from the CW Stars rewards panel.
100 Stars = £1 off
CW Stars are redeemed in blocks of 100. The more Stars you collect, the more you can save on a future order.
Redeeming your Stars at checkout
- Log in to your Cartridge World account.
- Open the CW Stars rewards icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- Click rewards and choose redeem.
- Use the slider to choose how many Stars you want to redeem.
- Click redeem to generate your discount code.
- Enter the code at checkout before placing your order.

How the referral reward works
- Log in to your account and open the CW Stars rewards panel.
- Copy your unique referral link.
- Send the link to a friend or family member.
- When they place a qualifying order of £25 or more, you can receive a £5 voucher.
- Your friend can also receive a £5 voucher to use on their order.
Referral rules to remember
- Your friend must use your unique referral link.
- Your friend cannot be an existing CartridgeWorld.co.uk customer.
- The minimum qualifying order value is £25.
- If the link is not used, the order may not track back to your account.

Yes. You must be logged in to your Cartridge World account to collect and spend CW Stars reward points.
No. A CW Stars redemption code cannot be combined with any other promotional offer code.
Your order value must be greater than the value of the CW Stars reward points you are redeeming.
CW Stars are valid for 365 days. Check your rewards panel and emails for balance and expiry reminders.
No more than 2 reviews per person per day can be credited with reward points. Reviews must meet the review criteria.
Points can only be earned and redeemed on the Cartridge World website. Purchases from retail partners do not qualify.
Cartridge World may modify, suspend or cancel the CW Stars Rewards Programme, and may revoke points if the programme is abused.
