    I was really pleased that the cartridge came by 48 hour Royal mail delivery at no extra charge. I was very happy with the ordering and delivery process. What tempted me the most was that the product comes with a two year guarantee. I tend to order a new cartridge when I place the last existing one in, so I may not be using this one for a few months and the guarantee gives me peace of mind In the unlikely event, there should be any problems when I do come to use it.
